1. Promotion Period

Entries accepted 11:00 a.m. – 8:00 p.m. local time on National Breadstix Day 11/12/25 (the “Entry Period”). Entries received before or after are void.

2. Eligibility

Open only to U.S. residents 18 years or older at time of entry. Void where prohibited. Employees, officers, directors, franchisees, advertising agencies, and household members of such are not eligible. Subject to all federal, state, and local laws.

3. How to Enter

Visit any participating HotBox Pizza location during the Entry Period.
Scan the QR code displayed in-store to access the official online entry form.
Provide your full name, email, mobile number, and store location entered.
Limit one (1) entry per person per store. Duplicate or automated entries are disqualified.
No purchase necessary. A purchase does not increase chances of winning.
All entries become property of Sponsor.

* Entrants who cannot scan the QR code or use the digital form due to disability or lack of device may request assistance from a store manager. Sponsor will provide reasonable accommodations, such as a manager-assisted entry.

4. Winner Selection & Notification

One (1) winner per HotBox location chosen by random drawing from all eligible entries at that store.
Drawings held November 13, 2025; winners posted online 11:13 a.m. EST at www.hotboxpizza.com/goldenticket.
Winners will also receive text and email notifications using their provided contact info.
Odds of winning depend on number of eligible entries per store.
Sponsor decisions are final.

5. Prize & Redemption

Prize: Free Breadstix for One Year — one sack of stix (6 stix + 1 dip) per week for 52 weeks, Dec 1 2025 – Nov 30 2026.
Approximate Retail Value: $269.88 per winner.
Total Prize Pool (20 stores): $5,397.60.

Redemption Method:

Winners at all locations except Southport, Greenwood and Avon will receive their prize through the HotBox Pizza Rewards Platform (redeemable at any location).
Winners at Southport, Greenwood and Avon will receive physical coupons, valid at any HotBox location.
Prize is non-transferable and not redeemable for cash.
Sponsor may substitute an equivalent prize if necessary.

6. Verification & Claiming

Winners must respond within 7 days of notification. Sponsor may require proof of identity and eligibility, plus completion of an Affidavit of Eligibility / Liability & Publicity Release.

If a winner does not respond, cannot be verified, or violates rules, an alternate winner may be selected.

7. Taxes

Winners are responsible for all taxes. Sponsor will issue IRS Form 1099-MISC for prizes over $600, as required by law.

8. Communications Consent

By entering, participants consent to receive email and SMS communications from HotBox Pizza for promotion and marketing purposes. Message and data rates may apply. Entrants can opt out by following provided instructions.

9. Conditions / Integrity

No automated, scripted, or bulk entries.
Entries are time-stamped and validated to prevent duplicates or fraud.
Sponsor reserves the right to cancel or modify the Sweepstakes if technical or fraudulent activity compromises integrity.
Any attempt to tamper with the Promotion voids entry and may result in prosecution.
Sponsor is not responsible for technical issues, misdirected emails, or spam filters that prevent contact.
Participants release and hold harmless HotBox Pizza, its affiliates, and employees from claims arising out of participation or use of prize.

10. Privacy & Data Use

Personal data collected through entries will be used for administration and marketing consistent with HotBox Pizza’s Privacy Policy and applicable laws.

11. Publicity Release

Except where prohibited, winners grant Sponsor permission to use their name, city, state, and likeness for promotional purposes without further compensation.

12. Accessibility Assistance

Sponsor is committed to ensuring equal opportunity for participation. Alternative entry formats or assistance will be provided upon request.

13. Governing Law / Disputes

Governed by the laws of the State of Indiana. All disputes resolved individually in state or federal courts of Marion County, Indiana, without class actions or jury trials, unless prohibited by law.

14. Winners List

Winners posted online at www.hotboxpizza.com/goldenticket on Nov 13 2025, 11:13 a.m. EST.

15. Void Where Prohibited

Void outside the U.S. and where restricted by law. If any part is invalid in a jurisdiction, that portion is severed and the remainder remains valid.
