1. Promotion Period

Entries accepted 8:00 a.m. 2/10/26 – 11:59 p.m. EST. 2/13/26 (the “Entry Period”). Entries received after the promotion period are void.

2. Eligibility

Open only to U.S. residents 18 years or older at time of entry. Void where prohibited. Employees, officers, directors, franchisees, advertising agencies, and household members of such are not eligible. Subject to all federal, state, and local laws.

3. How to Enter

• Complete the form above by providing your first name, last name and email address and phone number. Your information will not be shared with any outside parties.

4. Winner Selection & Notification

• One (1) winner will chosen by random drawing from all eligible entries.

• Drawing will be held February 14, 2025. Winner will be notified via email and text using their provided contact info.

• Odds of winning depend on number of eligible entries.

• Sponsor decisions are final.

5. Prize & Redemption

Prize: Party of One Prize Package

Redemption Method:

• Winner must be with-in a HotBox Pizza Delivery zone to receive delivery of the prize package. Winner may choose to pick-up the prize package at their closest HotBox if they do not want it delivered.

• Prize is non-transferable and not redeemable for cash.

• Sponsor may substitute an equivalent prize if necessary.

6. Verification & Claiming

Winner must respond within 7 days of notification. Sponsor may require proof of identity and eligibility, plus completion of an Affidavit of Eligibility / Liability & Publicity Release.

If winner does not respond within 36 hours, cannot be verified, or violates rules, an alternate winner may be selected.

8. Communications Consent

By entering, participants consent to receive email communications from HotBox Pizza for promotion and marketing purposes.  Entrants can opt out by following provided instructions.

9. Conditions / Integrity

• No automated, scripted, or bulk entries.

• Entries are time-stamped and validated to prevent duplicates or fraud.

• Sponsor reserves the right to cancel or modify the Sweepstakes if technical or fraudulent activity compromises integrity.

• Any attempt to tamper with the Promotion voids entry and may result in prosecution.

• Sponsor is not responsible for technical issues, misdirected emails, or spam filters that prevent contact.

• Participants release and hold harmless HotBox Pizza, its affiliates, and employees from claims arising out of participation or use of prize.

10. Privacy & Data Use

Personal data collected through entries will be used for administration and marketing consistent with HotBox Pizza’s Privacy Policy and applicable laws.

11. Publicity Release

Except where prohibited, winners grant Sponsor permission to use their name, city, state, and likeness for promotional purposes without further compensation.

12. Accessibility Assistance

Sponsor is committed to ensuring equal opportunity for participation. Alternative entry formats or assistance will be provided upon request.

13. Governing Law / Disputes

Governed by the laws of the State of Indiana. All disputes resolved individually in state or federal courts of Marion County, Indiana, without class actions or jury trials, unless prohibited by law.

14. Void Where Prohibited

Void outside the U.S. and where restricted by law. If any part is invalid in a jurisdiction, that portion is severed and the remainder remains valid.
